Finding Larks is not held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered to the post office. After we bring it to the post office it is in the hands of the fulfillment company. However, if you have any problems with your order, please reach out to us. We care about making things right.

Domestic orders are sent via USPS. International orders are sent via UPS. We do not collect duties or taxes on your behalf. Depending on the country you are in you may be charged additional VAT and/or duties upon import.
